Admissions:

Children must be 3 years old at date of admission to playgroup.
Preference will be given to children in their immediate preschool year.
Preference may be given to children with special needs.
Thereafter, preference will be given to applications in chronological order.

Activities:

The activities in Playgroup are designed to develop:

• Personal, social and emotional skills.
• Physical skills through play both indoor and out.
• Creativity and musical appreciation and enjoyment.
• Language.
• Early mathematical experience.
• Early experiences in science and technology.
• A knowledge and appreciation of the environment.
  
  These include sand/water play, puzzles, home corner, library, playdough, crafts and painting, singing rhymes and stories, ride-on toys, climbing frame and mini trampoline.

Special Features:

Visits by various people e.g.:- Policeman/woman, Nurse, Fireman, Dentist, Photographer.

Visits by various animals e.g.:- Birds, lambs, puppies, chickens, rabbits.

Occasional Outings and Parties.
