The programme will include speakers dealing with relevant topics, small discussion and craft activities.

MOPS Guidelines:
 1. MOPS is for Mums of Preschool children.
 2. Where possible, only breast fed babies should be     with the Mums.
 3. Try to sit at the same table to encourage     friendships.
 4. Please give advance notice if many extra     children will be coming, to facilitate their child     care.
 5. Don't worry, Moppets will let you know if your     child needs you.
 6. Relax and enjoy!
