Attention Students – we would like to retain a link with our students who are going to university. Please put your details on the sheet on the information desk. Silver Link – It’s that time of year again. Silver Link will be starting again on Thursday 24 September at 1 pm. We are looking forward to seeing all our existing members coming back and to welcoming some new members. If you are 60 years or over and would like to join us, please come along to enjoy a lunch and an after-lunch speaker and great fellowship. If any younger women in the Church might see helping in the kitchen as part of their service to the Lord, you too would be made welcome. For more information, speak to Hengie.
Missing – 2 trays belonging to Silver Link are missing from the Kitchen (which are needed for Thursday 24th September). If you have them please return them ASAP! Items should not be removed without permission from Cecil or the church office.

Can you help GB? The Brigader section are doing indoor bowling as part of their badgework this year. Would you have any spare bowls that you could lend on Tuesday nights? We are also learning about recycling. Would you have any old scraps of material, buttons, ribbon etc? If you can help with either of these, please contact Diane at the church office.
Christian Foundation Course – (Sundays at 3 pm starting on 4 October). This 6 week course is for those who are wishing to become full members of the church on profession of faith at the November Communion. There is also a Christian Foundation Course for Seniors which will be a 3 week course (Thursdays at 11 – 12 noon starting on 8 October). Please sign up on the information desk!

If you are willing to support and encourage these children in simple fun activities such as word-games, stories and rhymes, please consider helping out on Thursday evenings 6.30 -7.30 pm. We would also greatly value input from members of the congregation who have experience in TEFL with adults. Call at the information desk for details.
