Band and Singers scheduled for tonight’s evening service are reminded that the Men’s Weekend band and choir are leading the service instead.
Flower Rota – There are still a large number of dates available on this Rota. Please sign up if you can either make or provide an arrangement.
Application Forms for Short-term Service financial support are available from the Church Office, Bobby Black or Matthew Boyd. Financial support is available from the Missionary Fund for non-wage earners (young or old) who work with a recognised Christian agency during the summer. Please note the closing date. If you are unsure of your project or date, apply provisionally, so that you are not disappointed by missing the deadline, which this year is 26th March 2010.

A team is planning to return to Romania in the summer and are looking for items such as soap, hand cream, talcum powder etc. If you have received in excess any such gifts at Christmas please consider giving these to the team. A box will be left in the vestibule to collect any such items or speak to Carol. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Toilets – Please note that the male and female toilets in the main foyer will be closed for maintenance from 1st February – 14th February inclusive. Male, female and disabled toilets are available beside the Playgroup room.
Rebuilders (DivorceCare) group starts on Monday 8th February at 7.30 pm in the Conference Room. If you are facing separation or divorce you will be very welcome. This group is open to non High Kirk folk so please encourage friends to come. More information available from Mike or Anne

Youth Choir – Teens and Twenties – are leading at both services on 14th February (there will be breakfast between the services). Come to the practice at 7.00 pm on Friday 12th February.
Temporary Musical Director - The Kirk Session wishes to appoint a part-time Musical Director to cover Maternity leave. The Post is for 8-10 hours per week depending on qualifications. Instrumental playing standard minimum Grade 8 is essential. Application Forms & detailed Job Descriptions are available from the Church Office (028 2564 4834). Lads Night Out – Ulster v Dragons rugby at Ravenhill on Friday 19th February kick off 7.05 pm. Please contact Ken Revie for further information.
40 Days of Community – starts 11th April, so please start praying for the impact of this campaign on you, on our church and on our community. Why not look out your Christmas Contact and read all about it? There is plenty to be done in preparation. Please contact Anne Taylor with any offers of help.
