Boys Brigade – we are again collecting Tesco and Sainsbury Schools and Clubs vouchers. Please place all vouchers in the Tesco box in the vestibule.  Your support is greatly appreciated.

Band, Singers and Easter Choir – practices will take place on Thursday 11th March not Friday 12th because of a practice taking place for the Lianna Klassen Concert on the 13th. Band and Singers 7.00 pm. Easter Choir 7.45 pm.

Men Monthly: Lad’s Night Out – Belfast Giants v Cardiff Devils at the Odyssey on  Friday 12th March at 7.30 pm. (Please contact Ken Revie for further information)

Easter Choir – What better way to reflect and celebrate the meaning of Easter than in worship and praise? Whatever age or ability join us in choir each  Friday at 7.45 pm. (It is good for the mind, body and soul!!) “It is good to praise the Lord and make music to Your Name” Psalm 92 v1.

Music Ministry Members–Canadian Singer/Song-Writer Lianna Klassen is coming to High Kirk on Saturday 13th March. Would those coming to the workshop please sign up in the choir room for catering numbers. Itinerary available in Choir Room.

Youth Choir – Teens and Twenties will be leading the morning services on Sunday 14th March. A big turnout would be great. Please come to a practice on Thursday 11th March at 7.00 pm. (No practice on Friday).

Visiting team - All members asked to come on Monday 15th March to hear Rosemary Macartney speak on “Dealing with the stresses of everyday life” at 7.30 pm in the Minor Hall. We will not be meeting in April.

Gardening Team Outreach (Doury & Rectory Rd. Estates) – starting on Tuesday 13 April. There will be a short meeting in the Choir Room on Tuesday 16th March at 7.00 pm for all existing team members and anyone else who would be interested in joining us. Christian Foundation Course: This six week course will commence on Wednesday 17th March. This is for anyone who wishes to come forward on profession of faith and become a Full Member of the church at the May communion. If you wish to attend please put your name on the sheet at the Information Desk.

40 Days of Community (11th April – 30th May).

•    Pray that the messages  will inspire enthusiasm, participation and commitment during 40 Days of Community
•    Pray for the response of people to host 40 DC in their homes-that God would move in hearts and minds in response to the challenge and richly bless those homes. 

We’re looking for Host Homes: For six weeks small groups will gather in homes, to discuss a weekly DVD-based bible study.  One of the most exciting aspects is the opportunity for the small groups to be involved in a variety of community projects.  Right now, we are looking for Host Homes where groups can meet.  If you are interested in being a host please get more information or sign up at the 40 days of Community desk in the vestibule after any of the services.
