Prayer Ministry Team – rotas have been emailed, if you have not received your copy please contact Sheila. A meeting of the Prayer Ministry Team has been arranged for Monday 13th September at 7.30 pm in the Minor Hall. It is essential for all team members to attend this meeting. Please contact Sheila if you cannot attend. Anyone who indicated to Sheila throughout the past year that they were interested in joining the PMT please contact her again.

Rotas – there are still a lot of rotas outstanding. Anyone who is in charge of a rota please ensure your rota for September 2010 – August 2011 is with the Church Office ASAP. Rotas not received will not be included on notice board or bulletin.
Organisation leaders requiring leaflets etc. for September please contact the office as soon as possible to ensure no last minute disappointments over the holidays.
Bulletin – Items for the bulletin must be received before 11.00 am on Thursdays. No exceptions.

Time Out for Women: There are still places available but to secure a place application forms and payment (available from the Information Desk) must be forwarded to Marion. Carnlea Mission Hall – Sunday 29th August at 8.15 pm. Speaker: Mr John Morrison; Singer: Martin Moore both from 846 Radio Ministry. All very Welcome.
Radio Cracker are holding a Cake Sale in the Fairhill Shopping Centre on Saturday 4th September at 9 am, DV. Any donations of home-baked cakes, buns, tray-bakes or jams or chutneys would be very much appreciated. Contributions should be brought to the Church kitchen between 6.30 and 8 pm on Friday 3rd September. Any queries to Hengie or Elizabeth. Please support this effort as generously as possible. The Smiles Foundation children's choir are coming to High Kirk on Saturday 4th September at 7.30 pm as part of their UK concert tour. Members of the Ballymena team who went out to Romania in May this year will be there also to tell of their experiences on the Mission Trip. There will be an offering for the work of The Smiles Foundation.
Royal Irish Regiment (forthcoming tour of Afghanistan). Thank you for donations received. Priority items: men’s roll on deodorant, mars bars etc, pasta, super noodles/pot noodles, gloves and small hot water bottles. Box & list in vestibule.
NI Blood Transfusion Service – the next blood donation sessions will be held in St Patricks Church Hall, Trostan Avenue, Ballymena on Wednesday 15th September and Thursday 16th September from 1.30 – 4.00 pm and 5.15 – 8.00 pm.
