Thursday 9.15 Fortnightly
Need a chance to relax and enjoy yourself while your children are looked after?
MOPS & MOMSnext provide an opportunity to meet other mums and make the journey of motherhood together. We share our experiences, learn from one another, and support each other. MOPS meetings are a wonderful place to build friendships and have fun.
Please feel free to visit & bring a friend along to see what you think
WHAT IS MOPS?
Mums are busy looking after their family, but who looks after Mums? MOPS does!
MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers and exists to encourage, equip, and help women become the best mums that they can be! Women who are pregnant or have young children (from tiny babies until they start school) are all invited to join MOPS. Childcare for pre-school children is provided.
WHAT IS MOMSnext?
As mothers enter the school years, new challenges and issues arise, but the need for community and hope remains. For this reason we offer MOMSnext, a ministry to mothers of school-age kids. See www.mops.org for more details.
At each of our meetings, mums enjoy a chance to socialise over breakfast. This is followed by either a speaker, a creative activity, or a small group discussion that allows you to get to know other mums more closely.
In 2011, we invite you to explore MomSense = Mom intuition + Common Sense.
Mothering combines all of who we are to shape healthy, resilient kids.
