From 8th to 23th October 2009 a group of 8 adults found themselves far from home at the Girls' home. This was the second visit for 4 of the team who were joined by four more this year, three of whom gave their thoughts on the trip in an evening service.
They worked very hard for the 2 weeks doing all sorts of practical work and activities with the children and were a real blessing to the kids and staff at Kollegal.

High Kirk has established links with Kollegal Girls' home in South India, due to the Morris family who were serving at the Hebron School nearby.
They also raised a substantial amount of funds that have provided opportunities for continuing projects such as a new toilet and shower block and a new roof for the dorm area. Steve Morris has been supervising this work and he hopes to have it completed in 5 weeks.
