"A Goodly Heritage" history book launched - November 2008

A history of High Kirk congregation, tracing its roots from the 1700's to the present day, was launched in November 2008. Based on earlier research by Billy Henry (former Clerk of Session), Jack Adams continued the research and produced an interesting account of our church story, illustrating it with numerous photographs and drawings. Norman Cameron says in the foreword, "as you read these pages may they inspire you to give thanks to God for His faithfulness to High Kirk in the past and to look forward in expectation as to what God will continue to do through His faithful people"

All proceeds from sales of the book are donated to "Radio cracker", a local charity radio station which has raised over £1 million for relief and development work worldwide.
