In High Kirk we aim to turn our members into ministers. We believe that the Bible encourages the congregation to grow in maturity and to be the ministry team, ministering to each other and caring for each other. We seek to equip people to find their gifts and put them to good use in the congregation and the local community.
High Kirk employs a number of enthusiastic people who act as lead ministers and equippers of the congregation.
 Rev Norman Cameron - Senior Minister
Rev Norman Cameron joined us as our minister on 1 September 2006. Norman gave up a legal career to join the ministry. He is also involved in The Mandate on the organising committee.

Gareth McFadden - Associate Minister
Gareth Graduated into a career as an engineer with FG Wilson. He joined High Kirk in September 2007 from First Larne as Associate Minister. His primary responsibility within the team is to focus on practical discipleship for all age groups.

 Anne Taylor - Director of Pastoral Care
Anne is Director of Pastoral Care and began her ministry here in September 1990. During this time many people have been touched by her ministry as she comes alongside particularly in difficult times.

 Esther Church - Musical Director
Esther has been Musical Director since April 1996 and is a full time music teacher. She is a talented musician, composer and songwriter and uses these abilities to help lead and complement our worship.
 Jill McClelland - Assistant Music Director
Jill started as Assistant Music Director in September 2009.
 Matthew Boyd - Director of Youth Ministries
Matthew started working as our Director of Youth Ministries in August 2007.
 Nikki Gillan - Children and Families worker
Nikki was appointed to the role of Children and families worker in August 2007. Nikki has been the driving force behind the introduction of a number of family focused initiatives with in the church and continues to build on this foundation.

 Lorraine McAllister - Community Outreach Worker.
Lorraine had worked as a child-minder for fifteen years when she made a life changing trip to India with her Laser group. When she came home she knew that God had other plans for her life and took up this role in August 2008 as an extension of the work that she had already been involved with. Lorraine is married with three grown-up children.

Diane is available in the office weekdays from 9.00 am to 12.00 noon.

Harriett Fleming - Assistant Administrator
 Cecil McMullan - Church Officer
Cecil is responsible for the day to day upkeep of our buildings, and joined the team in early 2004.
