As a congregation we are proud to be associated with a number of people who have been led into full-time missionary service over the years. We will endeavour to keep this section up to date with information about those who are currently serving in this way.
Colin, Sunhwa and Aidan Jenkins
Furthering the extension of God’s kingdom amongst seafarers through the ‘Seamen’s Christian Friend Society’- SCFS. www.scfs.org
Colin and Sunhwa took over the work of Walter and Mary Burrell in Cork in September 2006. Their mission is to visit the seafarers who come into Cork and to help them both practically and spiritually. As the name of their mission (Seamen's Christian Friend Society -SCFS) suggests, to be a Christian friend to them and to share the love of God with them.
