potential to transform your family life.

Faith Begins At Home is a wonderful and challenging book. It encourages us
that, as Christian parents, we are the chief influence in our children’s lives, so we
need to step up to our role as their primary teachers, examples and role models
in the faith.

Mark Holman says:

“I can assure you that no matter how good the Sunday School
or Youth Ministry is at your church if you are not modeling,
discussing and sharing your feelings with your children in your
home, their faith will most likely not stick when they grow
older.”

Personally I have found this book very challenging and I strongly encourage
all parents to read it, along with the very short companion books on: Prayer,
Devotions, Mum and Dad. These books, though Biblical instruction and the
use of examples, help to equip us in the vitally important areas of family
devotions and prayer together, as well as the wonderful privilege and
unique challenges of being a Mum and a Dad.
