CAFE CHURCH
is Church with a
difference!
It’s a fresh expression of the body
of Christ combining elements of a
“traditional” service with the modern,
relaxed coffee shop venue and
approach.
This season, Cafe Church has been
meeting in its usual Oasis venue
from Sunday 7th February -
Sunday 13th March. With upwards
of 70 people from all walks of life and and freedom”.
many from foreign countries coming
through our adult learning classes,
we have again been blown away by
how faithful God is, in bringing
people - some old, but lots new,
along. We’re awestruck by His heart
for each of us and we’re feeling a
passion fuelled within, that these
people will come to know Jesus as
Saviour and our members who have
brought them will grow in their
journey of discipleship.
It has been an incredible time of
worship, teaching, discussing,
sharing, praying, responding, and,
of course, community over hundreds
of cups of tea and coffee and plate
after plate of scones as we have
explored topics like; “Who is Jesus
and why did He live and die?”; “How
do I pray?”; “Why should I read the
Bible?”; and “Living in faith
We believe this is an exciting time to
be a part of this ministry that God is
using to touch and change lives.
