We believe it will happen when children

and young people become:

Excited

We believe that life with Jesus, as our Saviour, is
an incredible, exciting adventure, unlike anything
else in the world. Our dream, our prayer, our
deepest longing for the children and young people
of High Kirk and those whom we have yet to meet,
is that they would be excited and passionate
followers of Jesus who count everything else as
loss for the joy of knowing and following Him
[Philippians 3:8].

Encounter

We believe that God has placed eternity in the
hearts of each of our children and young people,
whether in this church or not yet [Ecclesiastes
3:11]. With every fibre in our bodies, we believe
that God longs to pour out His love and grace
upon each of them; see them set free from sin and
shame into abundant life; transform and rewrite
their stories to be found in His greater, victorious
story; and journey with them through the good
days and bad days, throughout the rest of their
lives.

Over their lives we cry out with all of heaven that
they, where they are and just as they are, would
encounter the living God who has made them,
knows them, loves them and died to save them, in
a deep, meaningful, life changing way.
