Everyone is invited to come along and share in this special service of readings and carols with our friends who speak English as a secondary language. Refreshments will be served afterwards.
Saturday 8 December 12.30pm: The Beacon Community Christmas Dinner
A time for senior citizens to share a meal, catch up with old friends, make new friends, have fun and enjoy time together at Christmas.
Sunday 9 December 6.30 pm: Family & Community Carol Service
Get your Christmas jumpers on and join us for this family-friendly service as we explore the Christmas story with songs, readings and stories. We are delighted to welcome back the choirs from Dunclug and St Brigid’s Primary Schools who will be singing during the service. Supper will be served.

We gather as a church family to celebrate the birth of Jesus with familiar readings and songs. Our special Christmas choir will be leading us in worship. Remember to stay after and enjoy some mince pies!
Tuesday 25 December 10.30 am: Christmas Morning Family Service
“I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Saviour has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.” Luke 2:10-11. This short, family-friendly service is a wonderful opportunity to start your Christmas Day by celebrating Jesus’ birthday together – Come and join the celebration!
Sunday 30 December 10.30 am: Morning Worship Service (no evening service)
We gather at the end of the year to thank God for 2018 and to commit 2019 to Him.
Saturday 5 January: Day of Prayer
The prayer room will set up and opened for New Year prayer and recommitment. Sign up for a 1-hour slot at the information desk and come pray.

Sunday 7 January 6.30 pm: New Year Communion
We begin our new year by celebrating Communion together. This service is a good opportunity for all of us to recommit ourselves to the Lord for 2018. “Commit your way to the LORD; trust in Him, and He will act.” Psalm 37:5 (ESV)
Café Explore is an informal gathering of small groups around the Bible and a chance to chat, ask questions and share a cup of tea or coffee. This runs at various times throughout the year.

When it is running, we meet in the Oasis in High Kirk on Sunday mornings from 11.30am. Our time together begins with music played by one of our congregation and someone sharing a short personal story. Most our are time is spent exploring the word of God.
Each group consists of around 4 people and a couple of leaders ready to tackle some of the questions you might have about the faith. No matter where you may find yourself on your faith journey you will be made most welcome.
